Our Mission

Teresa Marzena Gielczynski, MSW, LCSW, ICDVP

I understand that seeking counseling can be intimidating and may often create many fears.  This is why it is important to me to create a safe, caring and non-judgemental environment.  In my practice, counseling is about you being involved in the process of goal setting and treatment planning. A treatment that is specifically designed based on your experiences and needs.

At some point in our life we all face challenges and deal with life difficulties such as grief, parenting and relationship issues, retirement, medical or financial anxiety.  Change is difficult but not impossible. No matter what you are going through you don’t have to do it alone.

In my practice I blend different forms of therapy to find the best treatment options, to help you gain control over your life in order to continue your life’s journey.
